Deposit £200 per room. Balance to be paid no later than two weeks prior to your arrival date. An email reminder will be sent. Please email us with your dates, the room you would like to book and your contact details as soon as payment has been made, using the contact form below.

 

Cancellation Policy

The booking can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to arrival and a full refund will be given (minus transaction fees if applicable). After the two weeks prior to arrival,  if we can book the room for those nights it will be fully/part refunded, subject to the dates rebooked. Trip cancelation insurance is recommended.  COVID 19: Full refund in the event your visit is cancelled due to local/national lock down. 

 

For Card Payments . Please note, in the event of a refund, our card reader issuer charges us 2.9% per transaction and this will be deducted from the refunded amount.
